Disliked: My room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

Although the check in process...

Liked: The pool was open and clean. It was close to our destination beaches and next door to a great restaurant.
Disliked: No one there to greet you! It’s all computerized very cold greeting very hands off and not at all what I would have thought as a check in process. Cheap shower products and there were dirty underwear left from prior people that stayed there which makes me feel like the place was not thoroughly cleaned before we checked in.

clean room but pricey.

Liked: ground floor accommodations were made available as my spouse could not climb many stairs as requested when booking.
Disliked: Bed linens were not soft or even remotely luxurious, they were scratchy and rough. We could not find where they had an ice machine. Unfortunately, our upstairs neighbor sat outside his unit smoking on the steps which wafted into our unit.
