Dissatisfied, would love a refund!

Disliked: Air conditioner was very loud and falling apart! Parking was limited and poorly arranged. No coffee or amenities, just one shampoo and soap. Very small and not freshly clean smelling. Bathrooms were ok as far as showers but toilet could be cleaner.
