Exceptional

Liked: Everyone was nice and my room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The entry card machine to the back door was very hard to work.

All in all, great hotel...

Liked: Great location, access to restaurants and to expo center
Disliked: The AC was a problem this trip. Took the room forever to cool off, hope that is temporary.

The worst place I’ve stayed...

Liked: The only positive was the location and the funny sign stating it’s bug season.
Disliked: The beds were horrible, the room was not clean, the toilet wobbled, and the elevator smelled of animal and human pee.

Liked: The staff is amazing!!! Definitely the main reason I stayed
Disliked: Everything was beautiful clean just things were worn out and old. Had a crack in the bath tub/shower

A short overnight that easily...

Disliked: Key cards needed to be ‘redone’ so we could enter the room; although it’s not that we didn’t ‘like’ the property- but it was average.
