Disappointing

Good

Liked: Front disk was great. I asked for extra towels and I received extra towels.
Disliked: I did not like that housekeeping was knocking at my door even opened the door after I said im still sleeping At 9am when check out time is between 10:30 and 11am

Passable

Liked: The pool.
Disliked: 1. The key didn’t open the door. 2. No shampoo nor soaps inside the shower. Had to walk to the front office to get a few of them. 3. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable. 4. Minimum of space inside the room.
