Liked: The location, half an hour walking from the airport very handy. The big bed only to myself and the AC, so so useful! Happy that the TV offered some entertaining options to spend the time. Close to many Uber eats options.
Disliked: The wi-fi. Very weak, I work remotely and I was not able to work whatsoever.

Rude Bitter woman at front...

Liked: The location of the motel.
Disliked: One woman at front was nasty and condescending towards me when checking in and calling You can tell she could have helped but she wanted to be rude and make me wait until AFTER 3 for a room. Her demeanor insisted how she can make things hard for me while getting away with it. Her tone was sarcastic and disrespectful with no concern. My dogs and my husband were out in the heat until after 3 from 10 in the morning until AFTER 3 she pretended my room wasnt ready AND made us wait. She told me it wasn't ready before checking She was rude on the phone also. When she checked they told her the room was clean. But right before she straight out told me it's not ready and I said well it's after 3, she wouldn't check until I asked her to. She knew what she was doing. Evil lady.

Liked: The location was important and is near the hospital I had to go to. Gym/dining options/gas/proximity to interstate were great
Disliked: Filthy. Hair in towels. Hair on soap left in shower from last visitor. Sheets had stains. Clean but stained. Walls next to toilet hat “spots” of who knows what. Mini fridge did not work. Rhonda was rude and insensitive. Spouted “laws”To me about Texas check ins. I was traveling due to a family tragedy. Had just driven 1200 miles overnight and had an issue on the drive and she was curt and rude. Needs a lesson on speaking to people respectfully. In general.
