Motel 6-El Cajon CA - San Diego

ok for a one night...

Liked: room was clean. A/C was already on when I entered the room, so very comfortable temp wise
Disliked: property is right on a major freeway, so a lot of traffic noise. Homeless encampment was right on the other side of the fence where the parking is. I was worried about vandalism. only one ice machine for over 200 rooms, so no ice available.

Disliked: There were many cockroaches and the floor was very dirty.

Disliked: No breakfast, no wifi, noisy neighbors, dirty linen

Liked: Location is great! Near from all stores and freeways
Disliked: Beds are uncomfortable, toilet is damaged , floors need more attention to be clean , sink damaged and bathroom thermostat damaged .

It was bad. I didn’t...

Disliked: It was a very run down room! It was unlike any other motel 6 I have stayed at! The door wouldn’t shut even shut all the way to the door frame! How am I supposed to sleep with peace of mind with that? To which wasn’t the only thing that was in such a worn down state. The bed was weak and worn out, the light in the restroom would struggle to turn on and when it finally turned on it was a dim lightbulb, the floor was deteriorating and there was actually sand or dirt on it. The bed even looked like someone had just recently sat on it. It was a run down mess.
