If I could give a...

Liked: I like that it was close to my family's house.
Disliked: I reserved a hotel with a swimming pool but the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. I reserved a room with a walk-in shower and a non-smoking room but the bed sheets had cigarette burns on it. The microwave was missing the little dish in it and it was unplugged. There was no deadbolt on the door, so no security. At 5:30 a.m., the smoke alarm detector was beeping cuz it needed batteries.

Liked: I like that it was close by to several fast food restaurants and a grocery spot easy access to the highway
Disliked: The pool was dirty, several roaches in the room when housekeeping was walking out of my room when they were done cleaning it there was a dead roach on the wall by the TV. The microwave almost exploded on us and it didn’t even have a glass plate to properly heat up food

Disgusting place

Liked: I did not like a single thing about this hotel. The photos on the website looked nothing like the room in person. The parking lot was dark, no light besides the main lobby, there was a side window for check in. I walked right out 10 minutes after I arrived and got a better hotel.
Disliked: The doors were blue with red patches like a Dalmatian. I asked for a refund and at first I was told it would be 5-7 business days and it’s been 10 days, I call the hotel and now I’m being told 14 days for my refund.
