Very poor

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The listing is listed as having a pool. It doesn't. The pool has been filled in. The room was dirty, and the location had roaches. It's obviously been renovated, but the renovation was done poorly. Stairs that lead to nowhere and exterior doors that don't close properly. The staff was rude, and my review took a little longer to put in because despite being told the security hold on my room would come off the day I left, it actually took about a week. I talked to my bank, and they assured me it wasn't on their end. On the back side of the hotel, it was obvious that people were living here long term. Definitely won't be booking this location again.

Liked: There is no pool there it's just a space shaped like a pool !
Disliked: Washer and dryer was broke

It was ok

Liked: Price was ok for a week. I liked that there was no charge for our bunny that we brought. Location was ok.
Disliked: Roaches but only in the bathroom. The floor attracts a lot of dirt. Staff spoke some English but was not fluent. Small refrigerators and no microwave. You cannot cook anything.

Wouldn’t do it again.

Liked: The only thing that I can say was decent is the location of the motel.
Disliked: There were several things that needed addressing. 1) The security deposit hold of $75 (or something like that) wasn't explained until the room was booked. The front counter person told me after the room was done (I did have the hold refunded to the card after checkout). She did not have a pleasant demeanor. 2) The rooms were BAD. The first one had missing tiles by the toilet and exposed the inner wall. Also, the bedspread/comforter were stained (In the first room and the sheets that I slept on in the second room had smudges as well-I noticed them that morning after at the foot of the bed; I slept in my clothes and socks).3) Tubs were stained near the drain in both rooms' bathrooms. 4) The floors were a little sticky in areas (kept shoes on walking the tile floors). 5) Some towels had dark smudges (i.e. when wiping a dark spot off of something and the washer didn't get it totally out) in both rooms. Luckily, my son and I each had a towel and rag that were clean looking.I usually don't do surveys or rate stays at hotels because I know if I do go Motel 6, EconoLodge, or something of the same ilk, I know the services will not be of upper scale hotel chains. BUT, I DO EXPECT the minimum service and rooms to be basic. This was poor all around in my opinion.
