Liked: Dog friendly rooms were on the second floor but I got a handicap room on the 1st floor with a bit of persuasion. I use a walker and can't do steps.
Disliked: The room was unacceptable. Dirty floors with broken tiles that I tripped on. The sink was barely hanging on the wall. Did not shower in this bathroom. We couldn't get out fast enough in the. Morning. I would never recommend this place.

Liked: The room didn't look clean floors look dirty, and at 4:30 in the morning I had someone bust through our door like they was trying to find a empty room I ended up getting up getting dressed and getting out of there I'll never stay there again.
Disliked: No upgrades the place really needs some improving, furniture in the room did not look good rips and tears in the chair, and the rooms didn't look good much improvement needed.

Bad night,money before customers

Liked: It was combining with my routes
Disliked: The shower was leaking water all night with a loud sound,was hard to sleep, the staff knew about the shower leaking and still put me in that room.don’t understand that but they chose where to put the customer, I feel the money is more important than the customer

Liked: THE BEDS NEED NEW MATTRESS AND TVS NOT PROGRAM RIGHT AND BUGS NEED TO BE TAKING CARE OF SINCE I PAID 156.00 FOR TWO ROOMS
