Liked: Price, accommodation quality in general.
Disliked: We checked out of the property, but my daughter accidentally left her glasses in a specific spot beside her bed. Since we were heading to the aquarium, I called the property immediately to inform them about the forgotten glasses and requested they secure them until our return after the aquarium visit.When we returned approximately two hours later (around noon), the room had been cleaned, but the glasses were missing. We were permitted to enter the room, but the glasses were not where my daughter had left them. The staff allowed us to search through the sheets designated for laundry, but we still couldn't locate them. My daughter was absolutely certain about where she had placed her glasses, as she had used them just before going to sleep. These were new glasses, less than a month old, and unfortunately, my daughter had to complete the remainder of our trip without them. I called today, two weeks later, to know if they were found afterwards, but unfortunately the answer is negative.
