Liked: They had my reservation on file.
Disliked: They said I reserved a handicap room, which I didn't. They said it would cost me $10 more to change the room! What a scam. The plumbing leaked, the freeway noise was awful.

Disliked: Clean building. They offer. Morning coffee. No bums hanging around
