Motel 6- Denver CO Downtown, Denver

I would recommend this hotel to someone who does not drink coffee and loves to sleep on hard beds.

Liked: The place was very clean; the customer service personnel was very pleasant.
Disliked: There was no coffee pot in the room; the sink did not drain and the beds were very firm - not to my liking.

Should be shut down

Liked: The pillows were soft.
Disliked: The bad part is I couldn't park my vehicle close to my room. The front desk didn't understand me. I had no fridge or microwave even tho I asked for a room with both. The beds were harder then plywood. The door did not shut properly. The heater vents were not cleaned prior to me to stay. There was hair in the tub and ants by the desk. Hot water was not a thing.

Bad

Liked: The staff are super ku and helpful, however, the manager "Ms.Nat"is a completely rude and dismissive person.
Disliked: That the ice machine has been broken for 6 months,a person died, always domestic violence issues, I got in the elevator and almost threw up because someone has just smoked fentanyl in there. Police drive thru and harass you. Homeless always hanging around the laundry room.

Sketchy, scary, nothing good.

Liked: The fact that they gave me a full refund and the dude who helped me check in/out was very accommodating and very polite.
Disliked: I checked out five minutes after seeing my room. There were NO plug-ins and no fridge and no ADA access to the second floor. When I left another man was doing the same thing. Drug addicts and working girls walking around the property, the location was sketchy, and at the same time I was leaving a cop showed up to respond to a call from the motel. I guess I should have known better when there was a clear dividing window between the staff and the customers. Gross, gross, gross. Do not go there.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was excellent.
Disliked: Somebody let their dog poop on my door mat. Luckily I saw it so no harm , no foul.

Had to CALL CORPORATE due...

Liked: Manager told me that he saw someone from the homeless camp come to my room and spend the night , unregistered. This is TOTALLY UNTRUE and when I told them that.. they refused to let me complete the rest of my trip which is for business/medical. Unprofessional staff may interfere with any plans beyond a few nights.. just because. This I was my experience.
Disliked: Hire people that are trustworthy and honest. Also, if you make a mistake (as we are ALL human) just accept that you were wrong NOT sabotage your own “guests” and the plans which brought them to visit your Motel, in the first place.
