I would recommend this hotel to someone who does not drink coffee and loves to sleep on hard beds.
Liked: The place was very clean; the customer service personnel was very pleasant.
Disliked: There was no coffee pot in the room; the sink did not drain and the beds were very firm - not to my liking.

Liked: Fairly clean could have been better close to several places to eat
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable huge gap around the door also to close to I 70 heard traffic all night long water was hot and coldwas fairly clean

Liked: Not much really. Stayed in a motel 6 the night before Aurora and it was a far nicer stay
Disliked: The rooms looked dull and in need of better lighting. Also the front door doesn?t fill correctly so had to put up with a cold breeze throughout the night

I always liked & recommended...
Liked: All Front office reception staffs were nice, helpful, friendly . Cynthia Cowey and Ms. Olsen General Managers were co-operative and at least listened to my serious complaint about Antonio receptionist who threatened me, bully me and refused to make duplicate room entry key when Motel 6 entry key repeatedly failed to open room entry door. All other reception staffs always made entry another key card everyday in one minute without any problem. Antonio shouted that I must present my ID card to make duplicate key card. I repeatedly told him that my ID, passport, money, credit card, is inside my room in my wallet and I cannot open my room door. Even a child will understand that. Antonio threatened me that I must have to sleep outside on the floor till next morning when hotel bosses will decide to make duplicate key entry card. This made me sick with very high dangerous high blood pressure and all my medicines were in my locked room.
Antonio receptionist must be terminated and fired. If your key entry card never works why your Motel cannot have the same hundred year old key system to open entry door. Each day it was a harassment to come down and go up 3 floors and get another fresh key card. Your Hotel Wi-fi never never worked for one day and I had to take taxi to union station and other hotels to use my essential email in computer. Even third class hotels in Europe, Asia, Africa wi-fi always worked fine except your Motel. Everyday I informed your reception staffs. They were not trained to call Motel-6 technical staffs to get immediate help for wi-fi to work. They should be trained whom to call when wi-fi does not work When I was checking out I expected GM Cynthia and Olsen to apologize to me about Antonio harassment and intimidation. Nobody showed up and I am not yet informed what action they took against Antonio. This is their normal job requirement. But both were courteous and nice to me. Everyday I was extremely tired to get another entry key card.
Disliked: Wi- Fi never worked one minute in my 4 days stay. Room entry card never worked even one day and required replacement causing much trouble going up and down every day. Normal good old key must enforce. Diana reception staff, both night security staffs, both GM and reception staffs were courteous and helpful. But Antonio reception staff threatened me, intimidated me and bully me and refused to make duplicate key for me as done everyday by other staffs. He insisted I must present my ID card which obviously was in my room in my wallet with all credit cards, money . Antonio aggressively shouted that I will not be allowed room entry and I must sleep outside my room on floor till next morning when Motel bosses will decide to allow me entry. I almost collapsed and got very sick with high blood pressure. Hotel both GM were briefly informed by me but still they never informed me what action they have taken. Have they fired Antonio or not. All laundromat machines and dryers were out of order and I have to take a lot of trouble to go to laundry shops and wasted hours. No decent honorable person will ever stay in any hotel with threat and bully. I seriously protest. It was cruel, inhuman and unacceptable. What about my both rings which I forgot on my bed before check out. Hotel never informed anything which they should.
