Disliked: No heat in room, got different room much to warm. No happy medium.

Disliked: My reservation was not correct. I was first put in a smoking room when I specifically requested non smoking. The TV did not work, turns out it was unplugged.The worst was the air conditioner which was so loud a person could not sleep.

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be foe the morning
Disliked: As of today I have 2 pending charges for my 1 night stay.I'm hoping I will be refunded in a timely fashion for the double charge
