Liked: Popeyes was next door
Disliked: The carpet when you walked in was soaked , there was black mold on the ceiling , the water pipes were visible , the hotel smelled of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking , alot of hood rat activity outside and no space for an uber driver to grab you upfront and at night all you hear is dogs barking

Liked: I had a shower and went back in my truck. Woke up had another shower and left.
Disliked: You have a ridiculously bad roach infestation. The first and second deck stairway smells like piss and the entire north side of the second floor reeked of marijuana. You have signs of no smoke posted everywhere and no animals but everyone has a dog, cat and God knows what else.

Liked: Every other hour the elevator was broken the hallways and the lobby smelled of urine for $85 to $116 a night you would think they would have hot water towels washcloths and toiletries they did not they have an abundance of roaches prostitution and drug dealing going on more than anything they have staff that I've watched for days not do their job but sit outside and smoke and drink and get drunk and leave and come back the husband and wife Duo doesn't do their job at all whatsoever I don't know what maintenance they got up there but maintenance don't even work all of the rooms smell like mess crack and cigarette smoke and if you've been in the streets before you know exactly what that smell smells like there's never any free coffee the Wi-Fi barely works the stairwell is a horrible place to go and if you're high risk pregnant like me and have a disability they won't allow you to get a disabled room or be downstairs past 3 days so they stay but yet there's other clients that has been there for 2 weeks or more on the first floor but they say they can't see your disability you're not disabled which is bullshit I have plenty of disabilities on top of being a high-risk pregnancy and they did not care I ended up in the hospital twice trying to climb up and down those stairs of them trying to put me on a third and fourth floor instead of on the first floor like my reservation stated there's always a fight and argument or something going on some guy got beat up and jumped and it stole his room and put him out of his own room and the office wouldn't even give the guy back his room or a new room without charging him for a whole another room staff there doesn't even feel safe because people are trying to kill them over a cup of coffee that they didn't even have it up or available or ready they don't even serve coffee anymore that place needs to be redone New Management new employees new staff new elevators that...
Disliked: I didn't like how no staff they're supposed to clean the rooms or cleaning the rooms no mechanics was there to do anything maintenance wasn't there to do anything they never had the pillows covers toilet paper didn't do no breakfast didn't do no coffee people that was there under obvious there was prostitution going on the drug use is horrible The Bullying people out of their rooms more than anything the horrible smells and roaches inside of that facility and bed bugs they need to be exterminated really really bad it is a horror show when it comes to roaches and bed bugs, and they kept putting us in rooms were either the AC was leaking the roof was leaking the sink was leaking and all had no hot water or the shower thing was broken the water in the sink the faucet was broken the lights weren't working and TV did not work we had to bring our own TV on covers on pillows from storage and my own Wi-Fi box just so we can have a semi comfortable stay

I asked for a refund...

Liked: It was in a great location!
Disliked: The staff was very rude! I paid via Booking.com. Upon arrival, the staff charged me extra and placed me on the 3rd floor without making me aware that the elevators were not working. I asked why I was charged more than the Booking quote and she started being rude. Did not want to produce a receipt, so I asked for a refund.
