Property review

Liked: I think the only thing about this hotel was that we were literally around the outlet mall and restaurants plus our event venue was 20 mins away .
Disliked: I had to change rooms 3x because of dogs hairs ,foreign substances,on sheets and actual mattress ( the overnight manager wanted to give a whole new mattress ) even though the GM said that the HOTEL WAS FULLY RENOVATED . The clean sheets were even dirty, people were partying and knocking on doors on the 3rd night from 10p-6a, we had to put a chair under the door ,and there was no breakfast included even though they had it on their website and the pool looked run down :even had human trafficking signs everywhere . The manager kept apologizing but -3/3 .

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I am legally blind and even sent a young lady to help me with my make up for a wedding I was attending! I cannot say enough about the staff! I was equally impressed with facilities and the indoor pool. It was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!
Disliked: I have absolutely no complaints!

A clean place to stay...

Liked: Just a reminder there is no breakfast. The staff was very helpful and nice. Ate at Brusters Real ice cream store that is next door. Ate twice at Millers Ale House. Good food and service and price.
Disliked: Pricey for no breakfast.

Disliked: Some of the repairs were just painted over and wasn’t really repaired like screw holes chips off of wood and so on. The toilet seat was the worst I’ve ever seen, though it may have been cleaned. It looks like it was scraped with a scraper to get off whatever was on it, and it just looked nasty. But then you look down the hall at one of the other doors and it had caution tape all around it. Who knows what that was about.
