Disliked: Had to change rooms 2 times. Tv and phone didn’t work in the first room. Second room wasn’t even ready.

Awful and would never recommend!

Disliked: There was no parking. We arrived at 5:00 (check in was 3:00). Our room was not even cleaned yet. We were told this at the checkin desk where my husband had to wait for staff, no one there to greet guests. We were told that it would be about 20 minutes. We left and drove around, we were not happy about this as we’d been hiking all day and were tired, ready to shower and rest. We came back 35 minutes later only to discover they were just getting to our room. We stood there, in the hall (no where to sit, my back was hurting so bad from our activities that day) and waited at least another 20 minutes while they finished and then mopped our room with a strong awful smelling cheap chemical that made us feel nauseous!!! Then, at 4:30 am!!! The fire alarm awoke us, we awoke and discovered a man pacing the hallway. Unsure of who he was, I asked what was going on as I didn’t smell any smoke. He told me “everything is okay”. I replied, “how do we know this?!” He then replied with, “she set the alarm off again, she does this all the time!” Seriously?! I got a call yesterday from someone from the hotel I am guessing offering an apology (I’m sure someone overheard my comment about exposing this in social media). She offered a 15% discount! 15%!!!!!! We shouldn’t have had to pay anything!!!! And, if we are not fully reimbursed I can promise you everyone will know DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! My goodness, most awful hotel experience ever!!!!
