HORRIBLE

Disliked: Dirty nasty drugs prostitution and the cleaning people went back in my room stole and ate my food

Liked: I loved the staff they were so very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were the best. Thank you for everything.

Disliked: My reservation was not honored as far as my requirement of 0 ground floor. I was not informed of this until arriving in an Uber at the hotel. The clerk rudely stated, " these things are not guaranteed."
