Disliked: The AC didn’t work really well and the vent was dirty which causes my asthma to act up

Liked: Staff readily moved us to another room in this non-smoking motel because we found cigarette burns in 4 places in the room. One pillow in the 1st room was the size of a small sofa throw pillow.

Disliked: Staff very rude and unhelpful.Never wants to answer phone or help with a problem. If you ask for anything or help even manager has an attitude and is very harsh. $ 500 a week? I stayed 2 weeks and feel I should have stayed at an upscale for that price. I was going to pay for 2 more weeks since it is located where I need to be but they insisted on charging me $72 a night.
