Good

Liked: The owner went above and beyond to fix an issue with my reservation through booking.com. She was very pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, everything worked as it should, and the beds were also comfortable.
Disliked: The location made me feel uneasy since I was traveling alone with kids. Other than that, I really had no complaints about our stay. I only stayed 2 nights since we were only in town for a softball tournament. Probably wouldn't be my first choice if I was booking for vacation (again, it was the location, not the motel itself). But it was a clean room to sleep in while we were in town.

Liked: It was close to the park
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms when we told the manager she said she could move us but we would have to pay a fee, and tried to blame us because her rat hole of a motel wasn't working. There was mold in the bathroom and only one of the three rooms we paid for had a mini fridge. This place is now on my do not stay list.

It was just a place...

Disliked: The pool was green so we couldn't swim. The bathroom had soap scum in the tub. The ice machines didn't work there was no refrigerator in the room the vending machine cost an outrageous amount of money. I had to go to Casey's to get a cooler with ice so the family could have cold drinks throughout the night. There was no morning coffee served.

Liked: The outside was clean and decent location.
Disliked: We walked into the hotel and already the staff was rude towards us. We get to the room and all you can hear is doors slamming, and opening throughout the whole night and day the the room itself was small, not very clean, walls are thin, didn’t smell very good, in the shower was cold no hot water. I would not stay here again and not recommend someone spending the night here unless you wanna hear a door slamming all night. Will we start checking out? We were forced to give them a five star review.

Disliked: Refrigerator froze all drinks , pool was green and not available, microwave didn't work

Liked: The location and the price
Disliked: The hotel smelled,the rooms were not super clean, the first room we were in the room smelled like mildew, and the bed mattress was wore out and super thin, had to change rooms, the second room was little better other than the A/C didnt work very well and there was no water pressure in the shower.the hotel in general it's dirty, and the pool was super small, very murky and blue paint from the pool got on your feet, body and swim suit.
