Dirty and this hotel needs...

Liked: Nothing only location close to Santa Claus IN
Disliked: Dirty bathroom, super cold and not extra blankets, the bathtub (jacuzzi) don’t work and the water doesn’t drain so I can’t take a shower. The bed sheets don’t look clean either

Decent. Would’ve liked a little...

Liked: Everything worked well…except the A/C. But I try not to hold it against them too much bc we were having a heat wave
Disliked: The a/c and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. TV was pretty small too. And the pool was scary.

Good

Liked: That it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy close parking spot.
Disliked: The outside could use a weed eater

Liked: Very nice people !!! They are knew owners so they are learning about little things that could need a little TLC but nothin major bout the Motel but there doin there best to get it better .alot of reviews I've read are not true .
Disliked: Everything was gd for us

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Waited 10+ minutes and ever got service to check in. So we left and stayed somewhere else. Then we cancelled our booking and they received it but never refunded the money. Yes we knew it would keep $110 because of a late cancellation but they won’t refund the rest of the money. The out side was over grown and not kept up with the inside was nasty and smelt horrible. The photos are nothing like what it is.

Liked: Always stayed here to go to Holiday World
Disliked: The property had recently changed ownership and the new ones were in for like two weeks. The AC was on and off but we got switched to a different room and it was better. Rooms were hot but being delt with

Not too shabby.

Liked: It’s a motel so there’s nothing super fancy about it. It wasn’t a bad place especially for the price.
Disliked: I can’t really say there was anything “bad” about it.

Good

Liked: The owner went above and beyond to fix an issue with my reservation through booking.com. She was very pleasant to deal with. The room was clean, everything worked as it should, and the beds were also comfortable.
Disliked: The location made me feel uneasy since I was traveling alone with kids. Other than that, I really had no complaints about our stay. I only stayed 2 nights since we were only in town for a softball tournament. Probably wouldn't be my first choice if I was booking for vacation (again, it was the location, not the motel itself). But it was a clean room to sleep in while we were in town.
