COVID-19 was a problem
Liked: The location was fine.
Disliked: The only time staff was around was during the overnight shift, the one guy, and any other time it was like pulling teeth to find someone. I did stay while COVID-19 was around however they did not even have coffee in the morning. There pool was closed the whole time. Now all the other hotels around them had these things available. Also I had a king size bed with only 2 pillows on when I arrived. I called the front several time to request more and got no answer. I then went to front desk and it took about 10 minutes to find someone to help. When I finally got someone it was a fight to just get one more pillow. Also the room was listed as smoking however when I arrived they said no smoke long the whole building. This was fine until I found that they provided no seating area outside where someone could have a smoke. A bench or something would have been nice. Again the other hotels in the area had these. I will never book here again!!!

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and informative.
Disliked: Bed was too hard, bathroom wasn't clean, people who were not guests would drive through the parking lot, park and sit in their vehicles. Back door was broken.

Liked: The hot tub was a nice addition
Disliked: We rented a king suite with a hot tub. When we 1st got to the Room I called the desk because the television is not working correctly. The gentleman came up and said it had been unplugged at a certain spot or something credit back on. A little bit later on the T beep stopped working again and I called the desk and told the chelmon it wasn't working and and he asked me what I did to it I thought that was offensive. He said the TV was broken I said so can you bring one from another Room so that we can have a tv he said no they don't do that I said can we move to another Room he said no they don't do that my option was to either go the night without the television or leave. So I got a refund and we left. I Drove quite a distance to have that night and to be turned away and have to drive all the way home I was not very happy. And probably if something isn't done about this I probably will never stay in another one of your hotels and I am a member of Motel 6. Thank you Deanna Thompson 641 7581542 thank you

Liked: Only good thing is that it?s close to our tournament.
Disliked: We were in 246. Door didn?t shut all of the way. Every time someone else would leave their room our door would rattle. The sink was cracked so we didn?t use it. Our room wasn?t cleaned even since we left while they were still upstairs cleaning. I also had to take my own towels down stairs to get new ones.
