Needs some improvement

Liked: It s all one level and late night check in
Disliked: The door lock on one room kept deactivating the key card. The bathtub was not clean in the disabled access room, the floor is separated in several places, and the floor has weak spots in it, the door handle on disabled room has to turn up in order to open which hyperextended my knee and elbow the outlets half of them don't work and lighting is minimal

Very DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STAY!!!!

Liked: Absolutely Nothing!!! The first room they put me in the A/c did NOT work. Second room I was put in :1) Had drug paraphernalia in it, 2)Stains on sheets with body human hair all over them 3) cobwebs everywhere and 4) floors was filthy!!!!and 5) A/c did NOT cool room we were sweating ALL night!!!!!!

Liked: Bob Evans was great right in the parking lot
Disliked: People in the parking lot all night on and off and cigarette holes in the linens and found a eight ball of dope on the top of the head board and reported it to the night staff and told the check out person when I left and they just pretty much thought it was normal around there

Close to amenities but not...

Liked: The property is close to the amenities in Crosslanes
Disliked: The staff is not friendly at all as well as the rooms are horrible they knocked on my door from 8am - 11am which is the checkout time even tho I told them I wasn’t leaving until checkout. Couldn’t get even 1 extra towel. The rooms are so dirty as well.
