Disliked: There was lots of roaches at night. Hotel room door was busted up, and the safety lock for the room was broken.

Disliked: They would not allow us to check in early. We arrived at 2:00 pm the 2nd time to check in. They told us the room was not ready yet. We stayed out there waiting until 3:10 to check in. At 2:50 I watched them go into our room and come right out. My friend went to go check in and was told room still wasn’t ready. All the while the room was cleaned.Bottom of the Shower door was full of mold. The shower floor looked dirty.Very disappointing with this stay. We have been staying there the past 2 years and have never had to wait for our room or have a dirty room. I watched one of the cleaning staff going into room while she was vaping. Very unprofessional. Not sure if we will stay there again
