Not as described very dissapointed

Liked: I like that it was quiet
Disliked: I didnt like that i booked a room with a fridge and a microwave and they gave me a room with out it and it was not as described how i ordered online. i tried to change the room and He told me they couldnt change it, told me my information was not comming out on their system but i had the confirmation messeges on my email and text as proof that it was comfirmed .there was also pet hair on the sheets!
