Good but not the best

Liked: The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: We used booking.com and were supposed to have rooms next to each other. The staff had no clue. This is a common theme with booking.com that we will not use again! The staff made some changes to make our request happen. The spa was closed for remodel and the motel did not disclose that on their website.

Liked: The accessible shower with the fold down seat was a major bonus for the person with physical disabilities in our room.

Disappointing

Liked: Lady at desk was very nice.
Disliked: Rooms were dated. Washers and dryers in laundry didn't work properly. That being said the lady at the desk refunded what we lost. Probably out of her own pocket. There was a highly intoxicated or drugged out man in the room next to ours who screamed obscenities for 3+ hours after we went to bed. Maybe this is not the best part of Coos Bay to be spending the night. Would definitely not recommend.

Liked: The shower was very nice. And the front desk person in the morning was nice. View outside was not too bad.
Disliked: Night person did not seem very friendly. Room smelled like urine.

Fair, basic accommodations.

Liked: We liked that the location allowed dogs since we were travelling with our two small dogs. The property was located in a good location and was close to town where we wanted to be.
Disliked: We didn't like that the bathroom sink ran VERY slowly. Asl the internet was spotty and kept going out. And the TV only got 4 channels even after we called the staff to fix it and they change the remote control.
