Disappointed and disgusted

Liked: Location to my destination was only 10 minutes
Disliked: Construction going on no pool as advertised lobby looked in disarray the first room given was already occupied the second room had roaches and the sunk was stopped up. Only one night so I left very early the next day very disappointed and disgusted

Disliked: The king size bed only had two pillows for two people the water and toilet weren't working properly the room had many dead bugs as if it had not been swept there was a big substance stain on the sheets although it had been folded as if it were clean. When I called the front desk to report these things, no one answered at the front desk. I called back in the morning when the water wasn't working and no one answered. I tried not to complain but not being able to reach the front desk after all that was just frustrating,The tub was not clean so I also did not get to enjoy or use the room to the fullest amount I paid. I did not realize I could have videoed or took pictures I wish I did now.
