Horrible very stink

Liked: Nothing it was bed bugs there
Disliked: Got bit by bed bugs

Disliked: When I went to check in, the young lady told me there wasn't a reservation in the system for me even though I showed her my confirmation email. Then she wasn't trying to help figure out the situation, so I left and went to a different place.

Disliked: Everything else, my room was dirty. The lady at the front desk wasnt helpful and if was after check in and I had to wait for a room. There was a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot, none of the outlets worked in the room , there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom the door didn’t shut all the way and the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock at all

Liked: I am handicap. The elevator was not working. I had to walk the entire length of the building, up three stories, then back most of the building. I could not carry a suitcase so I had to make several trips. The clerk had a take it or leave attitude.
Disliked: When I got to the room it was a smoking room and stunk. I went back down to try and resolve this the clerk started screaming, spittle flying. I told him I was going to call the police. The lobby was full of people with similar problems. As I walked the entire length of the building I could still hear him screaming until I was in the stairwell.This is unacceptable behavior even if I was upset. He called the police. They could not placate this guy so I had to leave at 10:00 .
