Liked: Location, staff, cleaniness
Disliked: Rooms were much smaller than advertised

Nope, not going back

Liked: The bed was clean.
Disliked: The walls were not clean. The doorframe to the bathroom was gross and stained with (what I hope was) coffee. There were cockroaches.

Dirty with bugs but friendly...

Liked: Located close to shopping, restaurants and where I needed to be.
Disliked: The room smelled like bug killer and there were lots of dead bugs everywhere I had to buy a broom and a mop so I felt comfortable walking on the floor.

Front desk assistant should be...

Liked: Property was in a good location for shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The pool was nice and clean.
Disliked: Off top my room wasn’t properly cleaned. Had roaches and the staff couldn’t never find the owner or property manager. Night shift guy was a$$. His main concern was really not to help, but put the problem I was dealing with on the morning front desk manager. Finally had the nicest staff member come and took care of my room. It was passed her work schedule and she was great assisting with me and my family.

Disliked: The room we stayed in smelt, the tv didn’t work, the pool wasn’t clean. They only gave you 2 towels even if you booked for 4.
