Horrible, so bad I left...

Liked: I did not like anything about the property.
Disliked: Location, extremely run down, the rooms are old dirty and unkept.

Bad

Liked: I didn't like anything about it
Disliked: My room had bed bugs and roaches, the microwave had an old cup of coffee and roaches.

Good

Liked: We can bring our fur baby and not pay a high price because they stay free.
Disliked: That they never have any place to sit but on the bed!

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, and good price. Best place to stay in the area. Good people, I have been traveling to Freeport for several years and always use this hotel.
Disliked: Don’t care to be outside talking to clerk through window when lobby is empty because it’s hard to hear what they are saying next to busy highway.

Liked: It was close to surfside
Disliked: I booked two rooms for two nights They had roaches, and the one room smelled like urine. The sink was clogged also and when I told the attendant, he just just said ok. Also check out wasn't until 11:00. It was around 8 when my kids were putting their things in the car and he grabbed the key from them 3 hours before check out. They had to come to my room.
