Liked: The sheets appeared to be clean & smelled good
Disliked: The room smelled very musty with a hint of mold - $175 a night for a Motel 6! - needed a room for a celebration of life for a family member - no refund or cancelation policy so we were stuck - never again

Liked: Very clean. Some updates. They had small coffee maker in room.
Disliked: Parking on street for back side of hotel. A bit pricey.

Disliked: There were people sleeping in a van across the street and the park down by the river had homeless people fighting.

Good price, but no breakfast....

Disliked: Staff was a bit confused with the check in procedure

Disliked: Yea...wellYou pay peanuts, you get.. I guess that's all true. And we know that in advance. That's allright, sometimes people want a little basic luxury, but sometimes we're on a budget, so that's our choice. So i won't mention the noises, the smell, the stains... that's okI checked in right at the end of some other employees' shift.They were literally burping multiple times in the lobby. If i was the manager, and they did that with a customer inside... you can't talk your way out of that.And Secondly, the cleaning. I know i know, peanuts and monkeys, but why? If you clean the room for new arrivals, would you let hair and dirt on the bathroom floor on purpose, just because it's cheap? Do you have an extra (burping) guy at payroll to get those stains and hairs in, right at the place where your feet are when you sit on the toilet, so that it can't be missed by guests?Please explain the tolerating of the obscene burping.I thinks it's could actually be a nice place. Could easily charge 20 dollars more, still be cheap without the scandals.
