I'll definitely be returning next time I go to any shows around Pomona.

Liked: The place was very clean and well decorated. Everything was also in good condition. Also, the staff was incredibly nice to us.
Disliked: Housekeeping seemed to come by just a tiny bit too early, as me and a buddy of mine slept off the night before, but that was our only minor issue.

Liked: I was very impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. Frankie at the front desk consistently provides excellent service. If any issues arise, Jose from maintenance is incredibly responsive and takes care of things promptly. The housekeeping staff deserves special mention for their generosity; they are always happy to provide fresh towels, clean sheets, and toilet paper, going above and beyond by even including extra bars of soap. It's reassuring to know that these essential amenities, which are factored into the total price (typically ranging from $67-$120), are so readily available and handled without hesitation.
