Disliked: Shower was dirty Toilet seat was broke

Liked: Pets with no fee, smoking room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The room was filthy. The towels were full of human hair. All of them. Floors black. Bathroom had human hair all over tub. Sketchy area. Believe people live there long term.

I would not stay here...

Disliked: The property needs to be updated my room smell like smoke there were numerous dogs that kept barking the floors were dirty guests were loud going up and down the steps the ice machine was in the back of the building and there is no light fixtures the only reason why I did not complain is because of the price for 5 daysMy housekeeper was great she came by every single day and asked that I need anything she was very attentive and that's what saved my stay Innovation there is no refrigerator or microwave in the room they offered me to upgrade to Motel 6 Studio but it was a significant up charge but with no continental breakfast

Liked: My room met my needs. Staff was generally very helpful. Particularly Cynthia and Tara.
Disliked: The trash bin at the dog park was full to over-flowing the three days I stayed even though I mentioned it to staff daily. Someone vomited at the bottom of the stairwell outside my a couple of doors down from my room. When I brought to staff's attention he said he was it, but it was still there two days later.

Liked: I will NEVER stay there again. No Iron, No Refrigerator, No Microwave. The Brand new mirror was chipped/broken. The lady had a attitude when I ask her to heat up my food and didn't heat it hot enough. She act like I was bothering her. The guy at the desk did not have any rags or towels, said he had to get someone to wash them. HORRIBLE!

Disliked: The hotel over booked the rooms. The rooms were dirty. Brown liquid on the bed. Dirt and dried up liquid on the walls.
