Bad

Disliked: The heat and cooling were pre-set and room was extremely hot. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Saw a roach in the bathroom. Wasn't pleased at all with this property.

Bad maintained hotel with nice...

Liked: Staff was nice, they allowed late check out at no cost. Bed was comfortable. It was fairly quiet at night.
Disliked: Facilities are poorly maintained and the room wasn’t very clean.

Decent, priced well, not very...

Liked: Stephanie at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Lots of parking. Accomodations were on the bottom floor which I asked for. Quiet guests. AC worked great even though it was over 100 degrees that day. Mini fridge with separate freezer and microwave. Snacks and drinks located in the office for a decent price. Room was clean and smelled nice.
Disliked: The door to the room was very expanded by the heat and humidity and you had to slam it to get it to close. The toilet seat and toilet were loose. The TV coloration was horribly green and the channels would get stuck. The hotel phone wasn't working due to a storm that was a couple weeks prior. Beds are just a mattress on a platform. Not very comfortable.

Concert trip

Liked: The room was clean and perfect for our trip.Stephanie at the front desk was awesome.
Disliked: The towels could have been softer

Regret staying. Dirty and poorly...

Disliked: Bathroom was gross. Mold, ceiling stains. The floors were not clean and there was hair and some dead bugs lying around. TV didn’t work. The phone was broken so I couldn’t call the front desk. If they would do a few repairs and make an effort to clean the rooms it would have been fine for the price. It was cheap so I don’t expect luxury amenities or anything, but I do expect clean.
