I will not rent with...

Liked: It had a bed I could sleep in after an 18 hour drive.
Disliked: I reserved 2 rooms for 8 people months ago. My wife and I, my daughter and son in law and 4 of my grandbabies. The reservation process was simple and offered what i needed. That is where the pleasant experience ended. Like I said I reserved 2 rooms at the same time and paid with the same credit card. When I arrived the hotel had put the the rooms on the opposite ends of the hotel instead side by side. So I inquired about rooms next to each other. They said that they could not accommodate, because they were mot reserved together, but they were, and paid for together. Then they asked so do you still want the rooms. I just drove 18 hours, I did not have much choice. So they get me checked into my room, originally they could not find my second room, even with the confirmation number. For some reason, they put it under my daughters name, not mine, even though they had no problem taking the funds from the same card. So we got passed that. My daughter had to come in and give her driver license . No big deal. I thought all adults had to provide ID. Again no biggie. So when my daughter checked in the clerk said that the card was declined for payment. I showed them the confirmation where i was charged almost 300 dollars for both rooms. All she kept saying is payment was declined. She attempted to run my card multiple times for a room that was already paid for. After me arguing with her and shoeing her the invoice where both rooms were paid for. she said "I will just give you the room and not worry about payment". Like she as doing me a favor and giving me a paid for room for free. NOT THE CASE. Now I had two rooms one for free according to her. I was tired and wanted to sleep. Went to room. Wanted a shower before I crawled in bed. Two of the towel item in mine and my wife's room had dark brown spots on them. There is no way they could have been missed. So i used one for a floor mat and did not use the other one.

I would never stay there...

Liked: We like absolutely nothing. This was the worst motel experience I’ve ever had in my entire life!
Disliked: We made a request that we were told would be honored to have a handicap accessible room. They tried to put us on the second floor and then gave us a ground floor room that we were still unable to get the wheelchair to easily. The bathroom was totally inaccessible with no grips anywhere There was rags filthy laying on the table top the towels that were supposed to be clean and usable look like they hadn’t been washed and they had stains all over them and looked like rags themselves. The air conditioner wasn’t even hooked up. The room was sweltering and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The windows had no screen so you couldn’t open that to get some relief from the heat, it was the worst hotel experience of my life

Poor

Liked: Location to the Rumkota and Mcdonalds
Disliked: The water got luke warm at best. The heater barely got warm, maybe 65 degrees. 1 of the lights in my room was falling apart. Parts of the wall needed repatched. Only 2 half sized pillows per full sized bed.

I wouldn't recommend.

Liked: Location and price were okay.
Disliked: The staff wasn't professional at all and the room had a bad urine smell. The lights didn't work, the door wouldn't open or close without a straggle . We had the room for 3 nights they refused to clean the room,give clean towels and sheets. Was told when I check out then they will clean and change sheets. If I didn't like it I could leave. Which I did.

Bad

Disliked: The property is located in a shady place and the occupants in some of the rooms were loud. We reached there pretty late at night and left early morning. There was already police presence at the property as they were tracking some crminals staying out there.

Liked: The addition, without disclosure, of a $15 “service charge”is illegal. Had it been disclosed at the time of booking, I would have had the option of accepting it or declining it and booking a different facility. The staff person was as frustrated as we were, but could not over-ride the charge. He tried.
Disliked: Disclosure of the $15 “service charge” was not made until after booking was completed. Please refund this illegal charge.The location was provided, but it is EXTREMELY difficult to find. We searched for 1 1/2 hours before finding the motel.
