Disliked: The staff was ok The mng is rude it's changed from a year ago use to be my favorite to know I won't stay there anymore

Sort of clean and comfy...

Liked: The price was cheaper than nearby properties. We were making a quick stop to sleep and so didn't worry about having anything luxe or fancy.
Disliked: The managers/desk staff ripped us off and other people off too. When we checked in, they made us pay $20.00 extra for a non-smoking room, though we requested such a room in our reservation. What's worse, we witnessed a family checking in before we did get totally taken. The management said their reservation was cancelled because they didn't prepay and then required them to be $100 more than the original cost of the reservation in order to have a place to stay. I highly suspect that was because they were non-English speaking and really didn't understand or put up much of an argument. Sleazy business practice

Liked: The employee that called me on Friday. It was really nice and helpful.
Disliked: Everything.And the room smelled, it wasRough, looking, the bed was uncomfortable.We only had enough pillows and towels for 1 person . And the shower rod and curtain fell off the wall and hit my husband so neither of us could shower.WITHOUT FLOODIBG THE ROOM.when I called the office the manager was rude condescending and hung up on me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Disliked: Everything. Super dirty paint chipping everywhere. Bugs and homeless people everywhere. People doing drugs in broad daylight, super noisy at night and it was very itchy and outside our room smelled like pooh

Disliked: I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy there was blood on all the sheets, bugs everywhere, and it smelled strongly of urine. I had made a reservation two months in advance and chose the “pay at the property” option. I received a confirmation and everything seemed fine, but on the day of check-in, I received a call from the staff saying they were canceling my reservation because they couldn’t charge my card.I explained that the funds were pending in my account, but since I selected the option to pay at the hotel, they were not supposed to charge me ahead of time. Despite this, the staff member who was incredibly rude canceled my reservation and insisted I pay the full amount upfront. Even the manager was unprofessional and unhelpful.To make matters worse, the room they offered was disgusting. The blankets and pillows had bloodstains, and overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
