Cockroaches and didn’t clean the...

Liked: It is close to Lego land and convenient
Disliked: In my room has many cockroaches. I asked the housemate for cleaning ( wipe the floor ) but it seem like they didn’t clean it. I came out from the shower walk to the bed my feet is so dirty.

Liked: Location and front desk staff very nice and helpful
Disliked: . The management is the issue they feel all the customers lie and that their property has no issues. The day I stayed I started training to work there and I told them that some kind of bug bite my brother. The guy choose to wait to end of training to acknowledge by telling the other manager give her $50 refund for room issue. To this day I have not received the refund. And yes of course they received their money. I was not hired due to this complaint and because booking went to bat and asked for full refund which hotel denied. This motel 6 lobby where the works are has all kinds of roach traps and big traps so they no it's nasty and dirty. Plus housekeeping does horrible job on cleaning rooms and linens

Disliked: I did not like there is 1 parking spot per room. I was told there wasn't any more nonsmoking rooms left but they sold a nonsmoking room to the next person not realizing I was there standing with other customers The front receptionist Scott told me I can go get another hotel late at night that they can not acomodate us women. It was so unpleasant interacting with Scott.

Liked: Easy to check in/out
Disliked: Ac was very loud hard time sleeping but had to keep in cause it’s July. Other than that the sound of my head

Liked: Nothing. The whole place and staff is disgusting and unprofessional
Disliked: We didn’t even stay 20 mins from check in to the room. Once we opened the door, it stunk of smoke, mildew or mold. The bed sheets/cover on top of the bed smelled like they didn’t change it from the last tenants and just fixed everything. The pillows were yellow. The room had no airflow, it stunk throughout. We stayed outside the room before leaving the key at the front desk and leaving out of there fast as possible. We’re pretty sure there was a sex worker lingering around the property, posted up and smoking everywhere outside. Pretty sure she was a night walker. The staff was very unprofessional and uncooperative. When we told her we want a non smoking room, she said because we “moved the pillows” she can’t move us. Mind you, EVERYONE IS GONNA CHECK THE BED FIRST TO SEE IF ITS SLEEPABLE. And then when we went back asking for a refund and that the room is unacceptable. She said “we’re low on cleaning staff, there’s nothing I can do. And because you already went inside the room, I’m not gonna refund you.” We only went in because she refused to switch us. We stayed outside by our vehicle the majority of the time. Mind you. It was all within 20-25 mins from checking in to leaving the room. The staff was already rude to other customers infront of us. We will never book a motel 6 from anywhere ever again from this one experience

Liked: It was perfect location
Disliked: My room wasn’t cleaned all the way . They canceled my room although my was paid for so I couldn’t check in to late evening which means I paid for only few hours and not the full day. I felt I should have been compensated some way
