Customer service lady in the...

Disliked: Our reservation had four adults. The room only had two towels, one adult shower then I showered, and I went to go get some more towels at the front desk. The lady at the front desk was rude as heck. She told me that I couldn’t get the towels given I wasn’t registered on the room, but I was able to provide the information of my husband, and she still told me no that I could’ve just walked in off of the street and be asking for towels. I’m sure I would know what room what the person‘s name was address all the personal information if I walked in off of the street, she needs to be educated on customer service. The only reason why upset me so bad was because of the way that she said the way that she put it I work in customer service all she had to say was unfortunately ma’am you were not registered as a person staying in this room so we do need that person to come in because that’s what we require but no telling me I could’ve walked off the street asking for them come on and the thing is whenever we registered that night. Why did the person at the reception not tell me we should’ve registered somebody else.

Disliked: My heater in my room wasn't working correctly and the front desk all they could do is give me an extra blanket!

Great receptions , dirty room...

Liked: It was close to the location I needed to go too
Disliked: It was not clean , it was a non smoking room and feet away there were peaple smoking, room smelled dirty, bathroom tub was dirty , bathroom for handicap was not big, blankets had hole, room had no good lighting and lights did not work near table side.

Good comfy

Liked: Close to Lego land and beach
Disliked: Ice machine was broken

This is our fave Motel...

Liked: Management is cool, clean, affordable, safe, kid and dog friendly close to Costco and Carlsbad State Beach
Disliked: Many pet owners don’t pick up their dogs poop in the pet area and grass even though this is one of the few motel 6’s left that doesn’t require a deposit for a stay and pets stay free..this is the only con of this location..other than that no complaints whatsoever …and it’s not on the Motel 6 it’s on people not being respectful of an economical stay
