Disappointing

Liked: Proximity and ease of check in/out
Disliked: Place was disgusting. Dead bugs everywhere. Toenail clippings in the floor. Mold in the shower and someone else's hair in the tub basin. Stains and burn holes in comforter. No Wi-Fi password supplied.

Rooms were dirty and there...

Liked: Karen was very kind and friendly.
Disliked: After checking in my granddaughter and I went to our room. And went to get settled in pulled back the covers and found out that both beds were used with stains on them. I stripped the beds to find that the mattress covers were filthy. The room was dirty also. Karen switched us to another room in which had clean bedding. But the shower was dirty along with the walls. So I went out and got cleaner and cleaned the bathroom myself so that my granddaughter could take a shower.
