Pleasantly surprised.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. They did a great job with the renovation, and the location is close to everything. What a great value, I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The toilet flush was very weak and required multiple flushes to clear waste from #2s.

Disliked: No mirror anywhere

Disliked: Dirty, location, the room smelled awful, the toilet was dirty, floors were sticky, people staying there playing music loud with room door wide open, someone above us kept traffic all night long into the next afternoon.

Disliked: It was not clean at all. nothing worked (outlets) a lot of arguing and fighting outside.

Disliked: I would like a full refund. May stay with my wife at this location was so horrible. When we arrived we had to wait 30min after our check in because our room was still not clean....and from there it got worse. At around 11pm above our room was loud music that took place from until 12:45am. Then out of nowhere that was arguing and cursing right outside our door. It then broke out with fighting and hiting our window. My wife and I where scared for our lives and call the police. They arrived and we thought it was over. After the cops departed. It started back up and screaming and yelling with treats of shooting and burning the hotel down. This lasted all the way until 9am we NEVER got sleep before it was about time to check out. It was our anniversary of 21yrs and a surprise to my wife with the room with a spa; but only to turn into a living horror seen. I told my wife not to send and video to social media, yelp, booking.com, and Google front page until we speak to Management about a FULL refund. Resolving this in a peaceful friendly; and far matter.
