Liked: I appreciate the professional and friendly young lady checking me in and dealing with picky me. The guest laundry room has lots of room..Queen beds are medium firm and provide back support and comfort for me.
Disliked: The hotel is good value but the traffic noise and industrial activity next door is not something I like. Double beds are too soft.

Stay here if you want...
Liked: It was clean and friendly person at front desk. Fairly large opening windows.
Disliked: Noisy HVAC units and most likely one from another room kept turning on for a second or two and stopping. It was constant. Mechanical noise was the worst thing about the hotel imo. Ventilation in the bathroom did not work. I checked with facial tissue and it would not hold. When you opened the window, the draft came under the door whistling lol. My phone had problems connecting to WiFi. It's not my phone as it works in most hotels.

Disliked: The front desk wasn't very helpful.Arrived,checked in and then was told the elevator was not working. We had booked a group of 5 rooms and were given rooms on the 3rd floor. I wanted to just cancel the rooms but because I already paid I wasn't offered a refund even though I hadn't been told prior to paying that the elevator was out.After a discussion with the front desk ,we were offered 3 rooms on the 2nd floor and 2 on the 1st. On top of the elevator issue, Bookings shows that a refrigerator and microwave come with the room, but according to the front desk, that wasn't the case. I presented proof with the reservation confirmation, but it was stated by the staff that Bookings was at fault. Front staff was very argumentative, and at this point, I realized that further discussion wasn't yielding any results so I just gave up.I certainly wasnt happy with the level of customer service and the overall hospitality and while I understand that elevator issues do occur,we should have been advised when checking in so we could have made other suitable arrangements at another property.
