Liked: Stayed here two years ago….. ice machines were out of order then and now. With same signs on them. No vending machines. No laundry machines. Pool not working. Same excuses on all issues were waiting on a part to fix them. They didn’t like me asking about these issues, and told me to move out if I didn’t like it. Very nasty woman, I believe Rocky’s wife.
Disliked: No ice,,,, no laundry,,,,, no pool,,,no vending machines.

Liked: 2 rooms I was going have a over stay by 2 days so I went to 1 room called at 4:30am and asked to extend my stay. He took my info and said everything was good. I went to sleep got a call at 730 calling said it didn't go threw in his Said to call booking.com so I talk to booking and told them I wanted to add 2 days more to my stay to talk to the front desk put me on hold he spoke . He came. Back on the phone gave me a new conformation number. At 1030 he starts beating on the other room door I opened the room I was in said Noone used it handed him the keys went in there and riped all the sheets off the bad aggressively made no sense but what ever closed my door. Went to go back to sleep. About 10 min after 11 I have a phone call from the office again it was same guy saying you need to rebook the room I said it was booked gave him conformation said it didn't gothrew thought this is wired I think he wanted me to go threw they instead in of booking but they were slot more expensive so I started making the resection on my phone this being around 1130 the ph I ne rang aga I n told him I was the resection right now give me a min and we hung up I get to where I was about to pay remember I received a conformation email so I wanted to call them so I did it took a few to get a rep maybe 3 to 5 mind so I told him what was going on he said wired he'd check the conformation number I said OK so a few wins he comes back on says we can just make a new resection and be done with it so I was the phone with the agent just selected the room and put my info out grab my card got the first 3 number in and he phone rang again he said i dont want your money you get put no stay told him. I told him was paying now.
Disliked: Staff was terrible left me on the side of the street 100 degree weather wouldn't let me get the rest of the stuff out the room called the cops while the guy at booking telling him calm down he's paying now so still on the phone with booking said this guys crazy and said look for another place I didn't have the Monet my company paid for it so I was left tout till I got ahold of my boss 5 hours later I front of circle k waiting for the cops. Finally got a room at days Inn Great hotel I'd go there this guys I'd worthless so is the hotel and customer service sucks disabled vet sitting out side for 5 hours 3 min later it been paid left to pay for the room that I was already told 3 times was done with a new conformation number. Go TO DAYS INN down the street.
