Liked: The phone didn't work in the room . I was trying to call the front desk .... so I Googled it called front desk, no answer . The ice machine was broken and had to go to the convenience store across the street for a cup of ice .

Disliked: First, the room was incredibly hot. It took over an hour to cool down. I tried to take a shower and the water was so warm it was NOT comfortable. Lastly, the tub was so slippery I slipped and fell down in the tub. I am a large woman and this was a problem. I also had an accessible room. It was not a good experience and I will not be staying there again.

Unsanitary Room Conditions

Liked: Eric was nice.
Disliked: I am requesting a refund because when we arrived at our room, my wife immediately noticed a strong urine odor coming from the bed. Upon lifting the sheet, we found two large yellow stains and what appeared to be crumbs or other debris on the mattress. We immediately informed Eric and explained that we could not stay in the room due to its unsanitary condition and unpleasant smell. As the room was clearly not clean or suitable for occupancy, I am requesting a full refund. We left immediately.
