Very good

Liked: Bed comfortableHandy to highway, grocery stores, gym, liquor store.Linens clean, bath cleanTV worked, didn't use wifiNo smoke or bad odors.No carpet...carpets are always filthyI like no carpet
Disliked: Facility dated, has had a cheap upgrade, but worn...Highway noise in my room...but ok I slept well. Could ask for side of bldg away from highway...Staff was nice. Didnt drink coffee or see if there was morning snacks...so cant speak to that...but there was coffee...It was 170.Maybe im behind the times (or maybe the hotel market in Buffalo is very inflated! This place is an $80. Place in my opinion.I know the university is there...but it is still robbery... :)

Disliked: The internet is pathetic and works very slow. I have lived here before, but this time internet made me frustrated.

Unfortunate disappointment for the cost!

Liked: It was a perfect distance from the ball fields, where my granddaughter was playing;and also not far from the Falls, which I was able to enjoy.
Disliked: When first entering my room, there was a terrible odor, as I have a sensitive sense of smell. I notified the desk Manager, and he provided me with some air freshener. However, when I went to adjust the curtains, they were corroded with bird feces! I contacted someone from the cleaning and showed it to her, which in turn showed it to the manager.Fortunately, he was able to provide me with another room a couple doors down!Ultimately, I gave the first room the lowest score, but the second room was very satisfactory.

We only stayed from 11pm-8am...

Liked: Close to Niagara Falls and price
Disliked: Run down n felt dirty

Liked: Compared to the Motel 6 found in Niagara Falls Canada, this one is way better and cleaner.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: We have no towel, sink clogged. The room needs a renovation.

Superb

Liked: The rest was pretty good I slept well there, until I heard some loud music in the afternoon because I worked all night and slept from 7am to about 1pm.Not bad for me. I enjoyed talking to the front desk guy. I need to find good rest stops like these to be able to work 12 hour shifts at night.
Disliked: The toilet was pretty old and slow. That's the worst thing about the room. Other than that it was fine
