Liked: That it was close to my family
Disliked: The first room that they put me in smelled like smoke really bad even though it was a non-smoking room. The second room that they put me in had loose flooring in the bathroom, which made it a safety hazard. There were several rooms, including the one right next to me with dogs that were continually barking. The smell of marijuana was overpowering. Only one of their staff was halfway decent and tried to accommodate me. The rest of the time they could’ve cared less. I have stayed here before and it wasn’t this bad and that was about a year ago. For my next trip home, I found another place to stay.

Liked: staff are friendly and helpful
Disliked: there was a guest there that was very loud and obnoxious she was just trying to start problems . staff was unaware, I didnt mention it and she started outside. would prefer better quality of pillows.

Liked: Fairly clean didn't smell like cigarette smoke, only Marijuana
Disliked: Noise all night, people using drugs and slamming doors and yelling. The bed was hard, used soap in the bathroom. Payed twice the normal rate. I'm too tired to write more due to not getting any sleep all night.

Disliked: 1 Star – Absolutely awful experience. Do not stay here.I had a TERRIBLE experience at this Motel 6 and felt it necessary to share so others don’t go through what I did.From the second I entered the room, there was a strange odor. The bedding looked dingy, had visible stains, and worst of all—there was hair on the sheets. It was clear the linens hadn’t been changed from the previous guest. Completely unacceptable.The phone was plugged in but had no dial tone (very shady), and the shower had no hot water. I waited for it to heat up—it never did. On top of that, the bathroom door locked on its own while I was inside. I had to call the front desk to send someone to unlock it.What really pushed things over the edge was a suspicious person walking the hallway repeatedly, eyeing me and my son, clearly trying to figure out what room we were in. I didn’t feel safe at all.I was in town for my daughter’s graduation and had to leave just a few hours after checking in. I scrambled to find another hotel last minute. Everything was booked, and I ended up paying an outrageous price elsewhere—just to feel safe and clean.I am requesting a full refund and strongly recommend others avoid this location. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Liked: It was convenient to the University of Buffalo
Disliked: Not enough outlets there was none near the beds. Only 1 mirror that was in the bathroom. There was no microwave or mini refrigerator. So I couldn't bring any of my food home that I ate at restaurants. Then when I was checking out there was a microwave in the lobby. Would have been nice if they told me at check in.

Disliked: No Hot water to take a Shower. Unacceptable however they did offer to change rooms mid stay.
