Disliked: I had a confirmed reservation and upon arrival clerk told me my room was unavailable and tried to force me into paying for an upgrade. I left and will be calling my credit card company for a credit.

Liked: The prices of the rooms in your site.
Disliked: The security deposit process that your motel started and the fact that they tried to keep at the end of my stay accusing me of smoking in the room when I didn't then or any other time I repeatedly stayed at this motel. Why would I jeopardize not getting my deposit back as bad as I needed at that time?! Very unprofessional of your staff when I always followed motels rules then and before.
