Disliked: The elevator was broken and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs after parking in a handicap spot. I did not receive the room I reserved. Too many signs stating to make sure all doors are locked and secure. When going to my car there was a police car circling the lot.

Liked: First room they gave me was not ready, they changed me to another with no problem and it was slightly better just a few things dirty and made me uncomfortable, they also offer me to change it again but I instead declined, the staff where actually nice

I wil pay more money...

Liked: The room smelled like cigarettes & irritated my throat & nose. There was a used bar of soap in the shower & no new soap! I used hand sanitizer that I had in my bag. We had a late flight into Buffalo & needed to sleep for a few hours. We stayed bc it was not refundable & we rode with relatives that were in a different room.
