Motel 6-Buellton CA - Solvang Area

Not worth the price, though...

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: Facility is run down. VERY basic room, thankfully clean. In room temp control is on or off. Bed okay.Outside needs attention...like sweeping.No kleenex. No fridge. No breakfast, just coffee. Not the value for what I paid!!!

Awoken every hour by bad...

Liked: Good location. Nice check in staff. Dogs can stay for the base room price.
Disliked: The floor was filthy. There was also some gunk on the wall which I cleaned off. But the zinger was the toilet flushing down approximately every 60-80 minutes. I was asleep the first time it happened and I thought someone had come into the room, as did my dogs who barked and growled. Then every hour or so the toilet drained down and the noise woke me up. I would have slept better at the horse show in my car. When I reported it in the morning, both the lack of cleanliness and the broken plumbing it felt like it had been heard before. So much so that I asked if they planned to do anything about it at which point I was told it was being written down to be addressed. But no apology, and I was just exhausted for the day’s long drive which was the whole reason I booked a room.
