Liked: Grateful that even though the room was not available before 6 pm, I could see the cleaning staff put fresh linens on the bed.
Disliked: Major repairs/remodel need to be made. Meager furnishings are rundown, chipped, broken. Security locks on the door are broken or missing. The bathroom door would not shut without pushing it hard. The sink and tub drains had no stopper/drain screens. You could see outside daylight around the air conditioner. There was no 'pet relief' area. the only patch of grass was overgrown (12 inches) and full of weeds. There was a tree surrounded by rocks covering the dirt, with broken glass pieces, so no place for pet to go.

Liked: The fact that they are cool and understanding when it comes to payment and issues with payment.
Disliked: Having to pay by 11am is the only downfall. Sure wish we had all day to pay for extensions.

Liked: Great customer service clean rooms and wonderful choice of snacks in the office for purchase.
Disliked: No breakfast is the only thing I wish they had

a bit disappointing.

Disliked: the floors were dirty as well as the wash cloths and towels. Room was supposed to be non- smoking, but did have a smell of smoke. The bed spread had burn mark holes in it as well. The walls were dirty and the TV also did not work.
