Disliked: Since I had a recent hip issue, it would have been nice to have elevator access to the upper floor where our room was located, instead of stairs, but we managed.

Disliked: This stay was completely Horrible! We booked for 2 nights & Found bed bugs on both of our beds in our room we ended up packing our family up at 3 am & slept in our car & because we booked through booking.com we were not refunded even tho we slept in our car & left early we still had another night. This was the worst experience ever & such a big inconvenience smh.

Disliked: The washer and dryer location had water all over the floor due to the ice machine leaking water; and it was a slight disturbance one night between some guest.

Disliked: Remote for TV only partially worked properly. While showering, the water cut completely off. When I first entered the room it had a very strong chemical smell.
