Liked: The continental breakfast was extremely helpful in starting our day and the ladies working the desk were friendly.
Disliked: The hallway was almost intolerable with it's stench of stale cigarette smoke; we were forced to relocate down the hall in order to shower, as our shower handle was missing. Also, when trying to receive assistance, in person, from the front desk, we were forced to wait for approxiamately 15-20 minutes as 2 hostesses neglected us in favor of both helping another group.

We would stay there just...

Liked: The location is awesome, they give us clean towels anytime we ask.
Disliked: It's not clean, the floor is so dirty, we asked them to clean it and the mop they used was black . We brought our mop and cleaned it. We stayed there for 10 days the only clean every 3 days. Coffee is so light. We had to pay extra 5$ every day for a fridge in the room(total extra 50$) for the fridge. Everything is no for them, they are not supportive at all. When we checked in we had a problem with them about the price, they were confused with booking's price!

Liked: Disgusting.
Disliked: Bed bugs, disgusting sheets and pillow cases. Roaches everywhere. Hallways filled with Marijuana smoke. Police in parking lot along with prostitutes. I left 40 minutes into my stay and still awaiting refund.

Liked: Employees were all great!! Had interactions with all of them, very friendly and knowledgeable. Never an issue when we needed something or has questions.
