Disliked: We spent 4 days and three nights and didn't have room service the entire stay. We made our own beds, emptied the trash, cleaned the shower, and had to get towels from the front desk daily. When we requested extra pillows, they said they didn't have access to the closet they were in and room service had left for the day. Our keys to get in and out of the building were erased several times a day so we needed to enter at the front desk and have them reload the room cards continuously. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

Disliked: The whole place was dumpy. We were afraid that our car would be broken into if we stayed there. We just left and stayed at the Best Western.
