Freezing and starving and far...

Liked: Bed was nice
Disliked: Stairwell smelled in fresh. Room freezing! No hot water and poor water-pressure in shower. Tub drain filthy, contributing to slow drainage. No hangers for clothes. No coffee in room. No shampoo, or conditioner. Towels thin. When I tried to turn on Heat, there was a burning smell. Shower curtain torn. Hard floors. Inadequate blanket esp for coldness of room. Vending machine food expensive.

Horrible, never again!

Liked: There wasn’t anything that we enjoyed.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and the room had no refrigerator which made it hard to keep drinks and food cold. We had to keep a cooler with ice in our car to keep perishable food safe. The rules for dogs are ridiculous! This is a pet friendly motel yet the rules are so backward. There wasn’t even a microwave to heat up food. They offered the bare minimum yet charge us a mint for a five day stay.

WAS UNABLE TO CHECK IN

Disliked: Upon arrival at 9:30pm, we were informed that the hotel was unable to check us in due to system being down. There was no estimated time for things to resume, no bathroom facilities were available. We were told to either find alternative accommodation or wait. We waited for over 2 hours with no success. The fact that the hotel failed to provide alternative or basic accommodations for people who have reservations was outrageous, and that there was no management present or the intention to remedy the situation really showcased this hotel's customer service.

Spartan clean accommodations that smell...

Disliked: Smell of cigarettes through out the motel. I was not expecting that. Most hotels are smoke free which is what I expected. My bad.
